Acquire Your API Refresh Token

 

To set up the SoftMouse.NET - Transnetyx Integration and acquire your API Refresh Token, please follow the below steps.

A refresh token is a special key that allows SoftMouse.NET to maintain a secure connection with your Transnetyx account, enabling automatic updates.

Steps to Acquire Your Refresh Token:

  1. On the Transnetyx Homepage, click the 'Transnetyx Account' drop-down under your profile



  2. On your Transnetyx Account, navigate to the API Options window, and click the blue 'Manage' button

  3. On the API pop-up window, enable access
  4. Under the list of vendors, select 'SoftMouse.NET'
  5. Enter your Transnetyx Password
  6. Click Approve and Done


  7. The API Access Status will now show SoftMouse.NET as a linked API Vendor. Simply click SoftMouse.NET, and the Refresh Token will appear below



    All set! Now you can link your Transnetyx account in SoftMouse.NET following these steps.
