How to Modify Time Points on an existing Task

 

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. On your Study Data page, select the animals you want to Modify Timepoints to
    - Select all Animals in a given Group(s)
    - Select some Animals individually
  2. Click Change Time Points button
  3. In the pop up box, go to the Task of interest
  4. In the respective Current Time point field, select the date you want to change
  5. In the corresponding New Time Point field, select the New Time Point
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 as needed
  7. Click Submit
  8. In the Update Schedule Date pop up box, select how you want the Change to apply:
    - This Time Point only
    - This Time Point & the following Time Points
    - This Time Point & dependant Tasks
    - This Time Point & the following Time Points & dependant Tasks
    All done! 


Following the aforementioned steps the New Timepoint will show on the Study Schedule and Study Data pages replacing the old Time Point
