How to Create Request - Subtype Associations

 

When managing multiple different Requests, your corresponding list of Request Sub Types may get quite overwhelming.

SoftMouse.NET has now made it easier for you to personalize your account more than ever with the addition of associations.  

Associations will allow you to better maintain your Request - Subtype information with organizing and pairing so that you can view the information that's most relevant for each Subtype

 

To Create Request - Subtype Associations:

 From any list after logging in:

  1. Go to the blue menu header and click on the small Association Icon on the upper right-hand side
  2. Click on "Request - Subtype" to create or edit an association 
  3. From here, select the Type for the corresponding association 
  4. Next, click on the Subtype that you would like to associate to a specific Request Type 
  5. Finally, click on the green "Save" button to save your changes

Note: if you want to create a new Subtype or Request Type please follow these steps.
